Overview
Google Data Connector is a read-only AppsToAI product for Google Analytics 4, Search Console and AdSense. It exposes 13 production tools through the authenticated connector.
Requirements
You need an AppsToAI account, an active Google Data Connector plan, access to the Google properties you want to use, and eligible ChatGPT connector access.
Connect Google account
Open Google Data Connector in the AppsToAI Dashboard and connect the Google account that can read your Analytics, Search Console or AdSense data. Review the requested permissions before approval.
Sync your sites
Run site sync from the Dashboard. Related Google properties can map to one canonical site when a clean mapping is available.
Managed Sites
Assign sites within your plan capacity. AI Access OFF does not free a Managed Site slot; replacing a managed site uses the replacement lifecycle.
Enable AI Access
Enable AI Access only for a Managed Site you want available to AI. Workspace and commercial authorization are checked before Google data is requested.
Connect to ChatGPT
Add the connector in ChatGPT using https://google.appstoai.com/mcp and complete authorization with the correct AppsToAI account and Workspace.
First queries
Ask ChatGPT to list available sites first. Use the exact site_key returned, then request a dated GA4, Search Console or AdSense report.
Troubleshooting
For site_not_active, check Workspace, subscription, Managed Site assignment and AI Access. For missing source data, check Google permissions and source mapping. Never send passwords or OAuth tokens to support.
Billing and limits
Starter supports 1 Managed Site, Pro 5 and Agency 25. Monthly and annual billing are in USD. ChatGPT access is separate from AppsToAI.
Disconnect / Cancel
AI Access, Google disconnect, ChatGPT authorization revocation and subscription cancellation are separate controls. Use the Dashboard action that matches your intent.
