These Terms govern your use of the AppsToAI website, account, platform and released plugins.
Agreement and operator
AppsToAI is operated by KYVONTA MEDIA LLC. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using AppsToAI services, you agree to these Terms and the applicable product information shown to you.
Who may use the service
AppsToAI serves individuals, freelancers, creators, developers, agencies, businesses and teams where the service and payment method are available and lawful. You must have authority over the account, Workspace and connected resources you use.
Accounts and security
Keep account access secure and do not bypass authentication, Workspace isolation, plan limits or product authorization controls.
Plugins and third parties
AppsToAI plugins may connect to services such as Google and AI clients such as ChatGPT. Their terms, availability and account requirements are separate from AppsToAI.
Subscriptions and payments
Product, plan, price, currency, billing interval and capacity are shown before purchase. PayPal is the initial payment provider. An AI assistant subscription is not included in an AppsToAI plan.
Refund baseline
For the first paid charge, AppsToAI offers a full refund when a valid request is received within seven calendar days. Routine prorated refunds for normal renewals or unused periods are not promised. Billing errors are reviewed and corrected as appropriate; mandatory rights still apply.
Cancellation and plan controls
Cancellation, plan changes, Google disconnect, AI Access and account deletion are separate actions. Use the relevant Dashboard control for the action you intend.
Acceptable use
Do not use AppsToAI for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, abuse or attempts to defeat tenancy, security or commercial limits. You are responsible for having the rights required for data you connect.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in your data. AppsToAI retains rights in its software, documentation, design and brand. Third-party marks remain owned by their respective owners.
Availability and liability
Third-party outages, maintenance or security events can affect availability. AppsToAI does not promise a numerical uptime SLA unless expressly agreed in writing. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
