How AppsToAI collects, uses and protects information when you use our platform and plugins.
Who operates AppsToAI
AppsToAI is operated by KYVONTA MEDIA LLC, a New Mexico, United States limited liability company. Privacy and data-rights requests can be sent to [email protected].
Information we process
We process account and contact identifiers, authentication and session information, Workspace membership, product installations, access settings and billing references needed to operate subscriptions and resolve billing issues.
Connected Google services
Google Data Connector may process authorized identifiers, permissions, source mappings and Google Analytics, Search Console and AdSense data needed for requested features. Google OAuth tokens remain in the Google Data Connector service and are not copied into the AppsToAI commercial database.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, enforce Workspace and subscription access, operate billing, diagnose problems and answer support requests.
AI clients and providers
When you authorize an AI client such as ChatGPT, requested connector results are disclosed to that client and its own terms and settings apply. AppsToAI also relies on providers including Auth0, PayPal, Hostinger and Cloudflare for platform functions.
Security and retention
We use technical and organizational controls intended to reduce unauthorized access and cross-Workspace exposure. Retention varies by record type, security, billing and applicable obligations; account deletion, product disconnect, AI revocation and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction. We may verify identity and Workspace authority before completing a request.
